Try out B-cycle Bike Share system at Streets Alive today

Great Rides Bike Share invites you to join us at Streets Alive from noon to 5 pm today. Swing by B-cycles solar bike station at 2nd Ave and Broadway and see how B-cycles cool system works and even take a test spin.

FM Streets Alive is listed as a top open streets event in the country by Bicycling Magazine along with a handful of peer cities like Portland, New York, Madison, Los Angeles.

You’ll also have a chance to meet some of the people involved in the effort to bring Bike Share to our community.

Fargo residents have clicked over 232,000 times on B-Cycles “Who wants it more” national contest and are currently in 2nd place nationally.

Great Rides bike share is local group led by current and past NDSU student leaders working together with active transportation leaders in the community. 
The goal is to establish a locally sponsored, private, non-profit bike share system to connect NDSU campus to Downtown Fargo with opportunities for future expansion. 
At Great Ride’s invitation, international Bike Share company B-cycle is coming to FM Streets Alive to demonstrate their bikes and a solar powered bike station Sunday August 25th, noon –  5pm at 2nd Ave and Broadway.
