Thanks to the hundreds of volunteers especially the Cheney Middle School students for helping make up over 132,000 sandbags for the second day in a row on Friday!
We got off to a slower start this morning (Saturday) but had spider #3 spinning full bore from 8:30 to Noon and #2 is now spitting them out too.
If you’re looking for some fun in the sand, leave your troubles at home, bring your smile and rubber gripped gloves to Fargo, life’s a beach at Sandbag Central. Â It’ll be open until 6 pm tonight.
These guys have a nice looking pallet going. Â Tie them high and let them fly!
Quickdraw Firefighter Smith is the fastest wire gun at the beach! Â Good job Justin!
Michael, Maddie, Judy, Bailey and Ty in the center were a hoot to work with for the 8 – noon shift. Â The forklift guys said we stack righteous pallets. Â Spider #3, shoot #8 has pallet pride!
Let’s keep it going!
Where’s the best place in Fargo to find sand, palm trees and a lei?  Leave your troubles at home and head on over to Sandbag Central.  If you want in on the fun, check out the schedule for the best times to come.  http://volunteerstatus.cityoffargo.com

Let’s see if we can raise the bar again today!  Hope to see you there!!
