Plan now to be part of Downtown’s annual kick-off of the Holiday Season, sponsored by Xcel Energy. The parade starts in Moorhead at 8th & Center and goes west through Moorhead and into Fargo on NP … then straight up Broadway to 6th Avenue N. Fireworks after the parade, presented by US Bank and the Downtown Community Partnership and a giant, community Christmas Carol Sing-Along!
